Criminal Record Certificate

The Criminal Record Certificate is a certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice in which it is possible to prove the lack of a criminal record or the existence of the same. This can be requested by any citizen who needs it for certain procedures, such as the issuance of a weapons licence, a residence permit or for certain work abroad.

Certificate ofCrimes of a Sexual Nature

In compliance with current regulations, the Certificate of Crimes of a Sexual Nature is mandatory for working regularly in contact with minors, as it serves to prove the lack of crimes of this type. This is mandatory for any type of contact relationship with minors, whether it is work, volunteering or any other.
