We will soon replace the current Payroll Portal with MySilae Essencial, a new, more up-to-date and accessible platform for managing workers’ payrolls and labour documentation. To find out how it affects the day-to-day management of payroll, we explain it below:

Workers

  1. Access the Payroll portal: Enter the Payroll Portal with the credentials you usually use (https://nomina.gestingral.com/).
  2. Follow the instructions and enter your email: When you access the portal, a notice will appear informing you of the change to MySilae. Select the option to start activating the new service and enter the email address you want to link to your MySilae account.
  3. Check the email received and complete the registration: You will receive an email to continue the activation (also check the spam or junk folder) and access the activation link.
  4. Access MySilae: Once you have completed the registration, you will be able to enter MySilae and consult the payrolls and the available labor documentation.

Companies

Companies can access the administrator profile, which is the access intended for the person responsible for payroll or human resources of the company. It allows you to consult the shared documentation and manage the access of workers.

To access the administrator profile:

  1. Receive the invitation email: You must send an email to laboral@gestingral.com. Gestingral will register the main administrator of the company. This person will receive an invitation email to activate the MySilae account.
  2. Open the activation link and complete the registration: Access the email you receive and click on the activation link (also check the spam or junk folder). Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to complete the registration and configure the access details.
  3. Access MySilae: Once the registration is complete, enter MySilae with the email and credentials configured during activation.
  4. Check your profile: When you access it, check that you have the company’s administration profile and that you can consult the documentation and manage users.
