In the past few weeks, many Rodalies users have been affected by small disruptions in the tracks across the entire railway network.
We now review the following points:
- Telecommuting: It is recommended, not mandatory, in cases where it is allowed and required.
- Leave for inability to reach the workplace: The Workers’ Statute recognizes a paid, non-recoverable leave for the inability to access the workplace. This leave can only be applied if the employee has no alternative transport to Rodalies to get to work.
- Leave for inability to travel with Rodalies: In case the worker encounters an impediment to get to work with Rodalies, and even though alternative transport is available, does not go to work. The leave will not be paid.
Please remember that if needed, Rodalies provides certificates for incidents.
