There has recently been an operational change that affects all companies and freelancers with hired workers:

From now on, every time you register or deregister a worker with Social Security, you will receive an electronic notification from Social Security.

What does this mean?

Since July, the General Treasury of Social Security has activated an automatic notification system that will send an electronic notice each time a worker is registered or terminated.

  • This is a purely informative notification.
  • It allows you to have official proof of the procedure carried out and verify that everything has been processed correctly.
  • It is mandatory to consult them within the deadline (10 calendar days).

If I am a company or self-employed, what should I do?

  • Regularly access your DEH mailbox: https://deh.redsara.es
  • Check that you have activated the notification system in your email.
  • If you are a Gestingral client and you have authorized us to receive and open your notifications, you will not need to do anything.
