Tramitar una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gestingral.com\/serveis\/particulars\/herencies\/\">herencia<\/a> es un trabajo complejo. Es un tr\u00e1mite que implica burocracia, papeles,&#8230; y todo ello en un momento vital complicado, con la p\u00e9rdida de una persona estimada.  <\/p>\n<p>Desde Gestingral recomendamos a las familias \u2013siempre que se pueda, evidentemente- que act\u00faen con previsi\u00f3n y tengan los documentos preparados. \u00abB\u00e1sicamente necesitamos 4 cosas: testamento, certificado de defunci\u00f3n, las \u00faltimas voluntades y los seguros de vida. Y a partir de ah\u00ed, saber qu\u00e9 bienes ten\u00eda esa persona\u00bb, explica la Patricia M\u00e9ndez, asesora experta en herencias de Gestingral. <\/p>\n<p>Hay que tener en cuenta que, por ley, hay un margen de seis meses para presentar los impuestos de la tramitaci\u00f3n de la herencia a partir de la fecha de defunci\u00f3n. Si nos pasamos de este tiempo, se pagan impuestos&#8230; e intereses! Por eso es tan importante la planificaci\u00f3n. Todo el mundo debe hacer esta planificaci\u00f3n cuanto antes mejor. Y lo primero que hay que hacer es el testamento\u00bb, asegura la Patricia.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>No importa la edad: el testamento se puede ir actualizando siempre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abYo por ejemplo lo hice este verano. Me pas\u00e9 un d\u00eda por el notario y lo hice. Ahora que tengo 40 a\u00f1os s\u00e9 lo que quiero, lo que tengo&#8230; hay que recordar que el testamento se puede ir actualizando toda la vida\u00bb, a\u00f1ade la experta en herencias de Gestingral, que pone otro ejemplo de previsi\u00f3n. \u00abHace unos meses recib\u00ed la visita de una pareja que se iban a China.
