MODIFICACI\u00d3N PORCENTAJE RETENCI\u00d3N Y APROBACI\u00d3N NUEVA ESCALA IRPF<\/strong><\/p>\n

El s\u00e1bado 11 de julio, se aprob\u00f3 el RDL 9\/2015 de medidas urgentes para reducir la carga tributaria de los contribuyentes de IRPF.<\/p>\n

La referida medida, en resumen, modifica los % de retenci\u00f3n que deben aplicarse a partir del 12 de julio de 2015 y aprueba una escala nueva de IRPF, vigente a 1\/1\/2015, que es una media entre la tabla de IRPF aplicable en 2015 antes del actual cambio y la prevista para 2016<\/strong> (recordemos que la rebaja de impuestos de diciembre de 2014 se hab\u00eda planteado gradualmente entre 2015 y 2016).
\nLas consecuencias de la referida medida se pueden concretar en:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Hay que recalcular la retenci\u00f3n del IRPF de las hojas de salario de los trabajadores<\/strong> con la nueva escala. Opcionalmente, la empresa<\/strong> puede aplicar esta regularizaci\u00f3n en las hojas de salario de julio o de agosto de 2015<\/strong>.
\n \u2022 En las facturas emitidas a partir de 12 de julio de 2015 por profesionales y arrendadores de locales de negocio<\/strong>, as\u00ed como las retenciones del capital mobiliario, o cualquier otra retenci\u00f3n<\/strong>, deber\u00e1n aplicarse los siguientes % de retenci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
