Por este motivo, tal y como se marca en esta ley, todas las empresas est\u00e1n obligadas a promover condiciones que eviten el acoso sexual o discriminaci\u00f3n por raz\u00f3n de sexo, arbitrando procedimientos para la prevenci\u00f3n y dando respuesta a las denuncias o reclamaciones que se puedan dar.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que implica en la pr\u00e1ctica para las empresas, es la necesidad de disponer de un plan de igualdad o un protocolo contra el acoso sexual y el acoso por raz\u00f3n de sexo. Toda empresa, por peque\u00f1a que sea, debe tener su propio protocolo para la prevenci\u00f3n y tratamiento de las situaciones de acoso sexual y el acoso por raz\u00f3n de sexo que puedan darse en el \u00e1mbito empresarial. El objetivo de este protocolo es crear un ambiente laboral que respete la dignidad de las personas trabajadoras y donde se erradique cualquier forma de acoso o discriminaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita.<\/p>\n<p>El incumplimiento de esta obligaci\u00f3n se encuentra tipificado como infracci\u00f3n muy GRAVE y puede ocasionar multas desde 751\u20ac hasta los 7.500\u20ac, as\u00ed como las obligaciones de asumir por parte de la empresa los importes de unas posibles bajas m\u00e9dicas que poder darse a causa del acoso.<\/p>\n<p>Gestingral est\u00e1 junto a las empresas y dispone de un servicio en el \u00e1mbito laboral para ayudar a realizar e implantar planes de igualdad o protocolos destinados a evitar condiciones que eviten el acoso sexual o discriminaciones por raz\u00f3n de
