est\u00e1n obligadas a llevar un registro salarial, independientemente de los trabajadores que tengan.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas de m\u00e1s de 50 trabajadores, adem\u00e1s, deber\u00e1n calcular la registro de salarios, as\u00ed como los complementos salariales (horas extras, variables&#8230;), y las percepciones extrasalariales (Kil\u00f3metros, dietas &#8230;), con todos los datos desglosados por sexo, y por cada uno de los puestos de trabajo iguales o de igual valor.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" representantes de los trabajadores y la inspecci\u00f3n de trabajo, es importante aclarar que el registro no est\u00e1 concebido para saber si un trabajador cobra m\u00e1s que el otro, si no por comprobar, si existe desigualdad salarial entre hombres y mujeres dentro de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>El trabajador puede solicitar en cualquier momento este registro, pero deber\u00e1 hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de su representaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Si la empresa no tiene representaci\u00f3n legal, se podr\u00e1 solicitar a trav\u00e9s del Juzgado social.
