An equality plan helps attract and retain talent, improve the working environment and build fairer, more competitive companies. Here is everything you need to know:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grant amount<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The grant consists of <strong>a direct payment of \u20ac2,500<\/strong> per beneficiary organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is it for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SMEs and companies<\/strong> in Catalonia with <strong>fewer than 50 employees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organisations<\/strong> in Catalonia with <strong>fewer than 50 employees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>That <strong>are not legally required<\/strong> to have an equality plan but wish to implement one <strong>on a voluntary basis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply for this grant, <u><strong>the equality plan negotiating committee must not have been set up before the application is submitted<\/strong><\/u>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How is the grant awarded?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On a <strong>non-competitive basis<\/strong>, that is, in <strong>strict order of receipt<\/strong> of applications.<\/li>\n<li>Until the <strong>total budget of \u20ac250,000<\/strong> is used up.<\/li>\n<li>Applications must be submitted <strong>online only<\/strong> through the official Generalitat de Catalunya procedures portal.<\/li>\n<li>The grants are co-financed by the <strong>European Social Fund Plus (PCAT+)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What is the deadline?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The deadline is <strong>8 November 2026<\/strong>.
