The payslip is the receipt that a company issues for the worker, where it accredits the payment of the different amounts of money that make up the worker&#8217;s salary. <\/p>\n<p>Below we explain the parts of a payroll:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Company data:<\/strong> Tax name, address, N.I.F. and Social Security contribution code.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Worker data:<\/strong> Full name, N.I.F, Social Security affiliation number, job, category, contribution group and date of seniority.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Settlement period:<\/strong> Period that runs from the first day to the last day that covers the salary specified in this payslip.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accruals<\/strong> (Sum)\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Salary perceptions<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Base salary:<\/span> Remuneration established by the collective agreement.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Extraordinary bonuses<\/span>: This is what is known as extra payment, they can be prorated during the 12 months of the year or be paid in a specific month.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Salary supplements:<\/span> A concept that remunerates the worker&#8217;s work, they can be given by the collective agreement, as compensation for the quantity or quality of the work or granted by the company on a voluntary basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-salary payments<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Compensation:<\/span> Payment that the company makes to the worker for expenses that he or she may have incurred due to work.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Social Security benefits and compensation<\/span>: Measures put into operation by the Social Security for worker&#8217;s situations.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Other perceptions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deductions<\/strong> (subtracted)\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Worker contributions to Social Security contributions and joint collection concepts<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Common contingencies:<\/span> Social Security contributions for various items.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Unemployment<\/span>: Social Security contributions for unemployment purposes.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vocational training:<\/span> Social Security contributions for various training items<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Overtime due to force majeure:<\/span> Contribution generated by overtime due to force majeure (2%)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Other overtime:<\/span> Contribution generated by overtime<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">I.R.P.F:<\/span> Amount on Personal Income. This is the financial advance corresponding to the Income Tax Return. <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Salary advances<\/span>: An advance of money from the salary is reflected in the event that the worker has requested it and it has been granted.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Other deductions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total liquid to be perceived:<\/strong> The sum of all the parts of point 4 &#8211; the sum of all the parts of point 5. This is the amount that will be paid to the worker. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Determination of contribution bases<\/strong>: The explanatory table for the calculation of deductions is shown.
