Well, you&#8217;re in luck, you know, don&#8217;t you? And it is that today you can still benefit from significant deductions for this concept in the Income Tax return.    <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gestingral.com\/category\/declaracio-de-la-renda\/\">In this article by Gestingral we explain it to you.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Treasury, as it already did with the purchase of homes, has eliminated all discounts for rents&#8230; signed (the date is very important) from January 1, 2014! What does this mean, for practical purposes? That all people with a lease contract prior to that date are still entitled to the deduction in this year&#8217;s Income Tax.  <\/p>\n<p>Along the same lines, all people who have extended or renewed a rental contract signed before 2014 are also entitled to receive the same discount&#8230; and continue to live in the same apartment.
