The Congress of Deputies has recently approved a measure that allows sports clubs and other non-profit entities to hire monitors and coaches with a 100% discount on Social Security contributions.<\/p>\n

Details of the new regulations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Beneficiaries:<\/strong> Non-profit non-professional sports clubs, associations and entities.<\/li>\n
  • Staff covered:<\/strong> Workers who act as coaches or monitors dedicated to the training, preparation or training of minors under 18 years of age.<\/li>\n
  • Discount:<\/strong> 100% of the employer’s contribution for common Social Security contingencies.<\/li>\n
  • Conditions:<\/strong> The beneficiary clubs must not have any athlete subject to an employment relationship according to Royal Decree 1006\/1985, that is, they cannot have professional athletes in their ranks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This initiative aims to alleviate the tax burden of non-profit sports clubs and entities, making it easier for them to hire professionals dedicated to the training of young
