This new measure only affects those pensioners who <strong>have not yet received the refund<\/strong> of the taxes requested. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What has changed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Return history:<\/strong> Until now, you could claim a refund of the taxes paid for your pension, in those cases in which contributions to mutual societies made before 1978 were not deducted correctly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Changes from 22 December 2024:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>It is no longer allowed to request a one-time refund.<\/li>\n<li>Claims must be submitted year by year, following this calendar:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2025:<\/strong> 2019 financial year<\/li>\n<li><strong>2026:<\/strong> 2020 financial year<\/li>\n<li><strong>2027:<\/strong> Fiscal year 2021<\/li>\n<li><strong>2028:<\/strong> Fiscal year 2022<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The procedures will be managed on the Tax Agency portal.
